Quick Help

  • Joining a memorial:
    • Open the Dearly Beloved app or website
    • Select 'Join as guest'
    • Enter the memorial name and PIN
  • Uploading memories: Ensure photo permissions are enabled and the upload window is still open.
  • Password reset: Check your email after requesting a password reset.

For Memorial Organisers

You can:

  • Create memorial spaces
  • Share access details with guests
  • Enable family support or donations
  • Moderate uploaded memories
  • Extend upload windows

Troubleshooting

  • Can't log in? Make sure you're using the correct email and password.
  • Guests can't join? Double-check the memorial name and PIN.
  • Upload window closed? The organiser can extend the upload period.
